All orders are processed from our studio in Delhi and are subject to product availability and quality checks.

In the unlikely event that an order cannot be fulfilled (fully or partially), a refund will be initiated within 15 days of cancellation confirmation.

While we strive for seamless service, unforeseen logistical or technical disruptions may occasionally occur. Our team will assist you in resolving any such situations.

We ship worldwide, with rates calculated based on weight and destination. Final charges are displayed at checkout.

Due to ongoing global logistical and fuel-related fluctuations, shipping timelines and costs may vary slightly at the time of dispatch.

DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL)

Duties and taxes are not included in your order value and must be paid directly to the courier partner (e.g. DHL, FedEx) at the time of delivery.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are beyond our control.

Orders can be tracked on the courier partner’s website
Delivery will be attempted up to three times before being returned to us

RESTRICTED & SENSITIVE DESTINATIONS

In light of evolving global conditions, we may be unable to ship to certain regions or may experience delays in select locations.

If your order falls within a restricted or high-risk zone, our team will notify you with alternate options or process a full refund.

FORCE MAJEURE & CUSTOMS

AKAARO shall not be held liable for delays or failure in delivery arising from circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, war, pandemics, governmental restrictions, or disruptions in transportation and logistics networks.

International shipments may also be subject to customs inspections, clearance procedures, or unforeseen holds, which can impact delivery timelines. Any delays arising from customs are beyond our control.
