At AKAARO, each piece is thoughtfully made and quality-checked before it reaches you. As a result, we do not offer returns once an order has been delivered.

That said, we’re happy to assist in the following cases:

Manufacturing Concerns
In the rare instance of a defect, please write to us at contact@akaaro.com. Once we receive and review the piece, we will remake it for you.

Sizing & Fit
If your garment doesn’t fit as expected, we offer alterations to help achieve the right fit. Simply reach out to us, and our team will guide you through the process.

Exchanges
To initiate an exchange, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order, along with your order details.

Shipping Notes
We recommend sending items back via a reliable courier service and retaining tracking details.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
For exchanges, shipping within India is supported by us, while international exchanges may incur additional charges.

All items purchased during sale or at special pricing are considered final.
